Retail (Gift Shop Attendant):   Communicates with guests to assist in purchasing decisions

- Provides outstanding customer service and engage in suggestive selling

- Ensures the daily operation of the retail outlet adheres to operating procedure guidelines

- Assists in merchandising functions including display and store design, inventory receiving, stocking, and merchandise pricing

- Performs cash-handling functions, including point-of-sale (POS) system, registers, and daily reporting

- Ensures retail outlet adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service

Housekeeping:

Room Attendant (Housekeeper) is one of the most critical roles in the Lodge as they create a clean and orderly environment for our guests. Housekeepers ensure are responsible for general cleaning and maintenance duties, which may include: vacuuming, dusting, item washing, trash collecting and proper sorting. House Attendant- is responsible for assisting the housekeeping staff in cleaning of guest rooms, laundry functions and ensuring overall patron satisfaction. Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, drying, and folding of linens, terry and other laundry for the resort and restaurants.
