All positions/candidates start in the back of the house (food runner, expo, kitchen). If a participant excels and has a high level of English, there may be a chance to move to front of the house (server/host). Everyone starts in the back of the house.  

Restaurant Worker: Cook/Kitchen Staff/Server/Bus Staff and Food Runner. Please see position description in the attached orientation packet. Additional cleaning and prepping duties may be assigned to receive required hours.  

Host/Hostess - Please see attached position description. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Greet/welcome all guests and thank them upon departure in a friendly manner

- Clean menus and replace soiled inserts

- Maintain lobby area and exterior of restaurant

- Smile at all times!
