1. Kitchen
Must be responsible for cooking quality products in a safe and efficient manner. Provide our guests with winning service and quality food product.
Duties and Responsibilities included
• Responsible for the cooking food
• Be aware of and learn proper cooking temperatures, times, holding procedures, etc.
• Ability to work in a “kitchen” environment
• Must be able to move quickly ad be on feet for long periods of time
• Removal of garbage and transportation to disposal area
• Must be able to work in team environment
• Some lifting of heavy material may be required
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
2. Cashier
Duties and Responsibilities included
• Give excellent customer service
• Accept payment from customers, and make change as necessary
• Request and record customer orders, and compute bills using cash registers, multicounting machines, or pencil and paper
• Prepare simple foods and beverages such as sandwiches, salads, and coffee
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able work outside and stand for long periods of time, possibly for the entire duration of the shift
• Provide general park information to Guests
• Keeps area clean and orderly
